Not sure about 'Eye to Eye?' It should have been called Blind leading the Blind! The issue was about low donor rates and how to improve them. Talking about poverty, food ads on tv and how to select the sex of your child went way off topic.... Yet another talk fest... The associate Minister who's portfolio includes organ donation did no have a clue about his own bill. Talks about a 'low level' awareness campaign then admits that not a dollar has been spent on an awareness campaign in the past 10 years and is not going to either! I guess you can't get much more 'low key' campaign than not doing anything...
